Admin Manager (Part-time position) - WOODSTOCK, CAPE TOWN
*Are you an Administration Champion with an eye for figures and detail?

You’ll join our small, hardworking team and take responsibility for administering all our orders efficiently & effectively, every time.
With in-house training, you’ll handle ● full Admin support to our Sales, Production & Finance teams ● Issue & manage invoices, statements using our Online system ● Maintain accurate Order schedule & Finance schedules ● Electronic Filing ● Stock Management support ● Preparation of KPI reports ● Office Management duties
Among others, you’ll need to impress us with ● high attention to detail ● Excellent Excel skills ● professionalism and effective communication skills ● great time management ● being able to multi-task ● high standards for yourself ● process-orientated ● being able to work independently ● 4-6 years relevant post matric-experience.
